Meet our Technical Director:

Experience working for Civil Aviation Authorities, Aircraft Operators, Manufacturers and Repair Stations and member of Dassault Operators Advisory Board.

Acted as a representative for aviation authorities, aircraft operators, aircraft manufacturers, and maintenance workshops.

Audits/Inspections and Government Affairs:

Participated in over 200 audits/inspections for operators, repair stations, and aircraft as a representative of the Brazilian ANAC. Experience with FAR-like regulations and ICAO Annexes and Documents. Served as the Accountable Manager for an Air Charter Operator and General Manager in a Maintenance & Repair Organization.

Certification and Regulation:

Contributed to creating the complete Mozambican regulatory framework and revised regulations and associated guidance material in Brazil.

Maintenance Management and Entry into Service of Business Aircraft:

Managed the operation and maintenance of around 50 business aircraft. As the Repair Station Operations/General Manager, oversaw about 70 technicians with a monthly revenue of approximately 1.5 million USD. Also, responsible for the Entry into Service of a brand-new Dassault Falcon 2000LXS. Experienced as Maintenance Manager for Falcon 2000LXS, Falcon 900EX, Gulfstream G550.

Aircraft inspections and Air Operator audits in Brazil and USA, Argentina, Canada, Chile, China, Costa Rica, England, France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Montenegro, Mozambique, the Netherlands, Peru, and the UAE.
European Citizenship.
I lived in Mozambique for 1 year, in Canada for 2 years, 37 years in Brazil, and in America for six years.
